Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy (Data Processing Information)
Pursuant to Art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), this page describes how personal data of users consulting the Supernavi Srl website is processed.
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller is SUPERNAVI srl, located at Via Monte Ortigara 1/a, 33054 Lignano Sabbiadoro (UD) ITALY, VAT ID 02560380302. Contact email: info@supernavisrl.com.
2. Legal Basis and Purposes of Processing
Personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to contact requests: Data voluntarily sent via the contact form (name, email, message) is processed exclusively to answer your inquiries. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6, par. 1, let. a, GDPR) and pre-contractual measures.
- Website security: We use the hCaptcha service to protect the site from spam. This requires the analysis of browsing data. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6, par. 1, let. f, GDPR) in cybersecurity. This service operates only upon acceptance of third-party cookies.
- Anonymous statistics: We use a self-hosted Matomo platform (allocated on European servers) to collect anonymized visit statistics (IP addresses are truncated). There is no profiling. Legal basis: user consent via cookie banner.
3. Data Retention
Messages sent via the contact form are kept for the time strictly necessary to process the request, unless required otherwise by law. Technical security logs are temporarily stored (usually 7 days) by our hosting provider Ergonet (Italy).
4. Extra-EU Data Transfer
The website is hosted in Italy (Ergonet). Data collected by Matomo remains in Europe. Data collected by the hCaptcha anti-spam service may be processed outside the European Economic Area (USA). This transfer is regulated by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission adopted by the provider Intuition Machines, Inc.
5. Data Subject Rights
Users have the right to request access to, rectification, or erasure of their data, or restriction of processing (Arts. 15 et seq. GDPR). Such requests can be addressed to the Controller via email. Users also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Guarantor.
Note: These rights can be exercised on data provided voluntarily by the user (e.g. via the contact form). It is not technically possible for the Data Controller to access, extract, modify or delete upon request the technical or pseudonymized data processed with full autonomy by third-party providers (such as hCaptcha or Matomo).
