Our History
Origins
Our company was founded in 1992 by Alcide Carlet, who began the refitting business in the yachting sector, specializing in yacht coating and fairing applications.
Evolution
In 1992, he passed the company reins to his son Pietro, who is proud to offer his clients the best assistance, thanks to the experience of an already consolidated business. In addition to the skills refined from a young age in the family shipyard, Pietro expanded his knowledge with industry studies and subsequent technical training courses, qualifying as a Marine Surveyor and Technical Consultant for builders, brokers and yachting companies.
Track Record
Since 1992, we have surveyed and supervised over 1,000 vessels, built in steel, aluminum, carbon fiber and fiberglass. Our experience ranges from highly technical fields in aerospace, industrial and shipping sectors (both military and passenger), to carbon racing hulls, up to private superyachts and megayachts.
Our Vision
We have acquired over thirty-five years of experience in both New Build and Refit shipyards. Currently we are ready for new challenges, also thanks to the specific skills of new professionals joining the company, to offer our clients a service of ever increasing quality.
